1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Magnificent Mama app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. About the Service

Magnificent Mama is a coaching and wellbeing app for mothers, operated by Shona Goodall Coaching. The App provides a free SOS Help Directory, a paid Members Area with coaching modules, and links to private coaching services. The content provided is for informational and coaching purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that engage in harmful, abusive, or fraudulent behaviour.

4. Membership & Payments

Membership is available on a monthly (£19/month) or annual (£150/year) basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing members.

5. SOS Directory

The SOS Help Directory is provided free of charge as a signposting resource. We make every effort to ensure the information is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee the availability or quality of third-party services listed. In an emergency, always call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.

6. Coaching Content Disclaimer

The coaching modules, motivational content, and resources in the Members Area are for personal development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or use the SOS Directory.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including coaching modules, text, images, and branding — is the intellectual property of Shona Goodall Coaching. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shona Goodall Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
